This statement clarifies who owns Jerrizz, who owns the code we build and sell, and how intellectual property is handled across our digital products and custom development services. It is designed to be simple and transparent, with no fine print surprises.
Jerrizz is owned and operated by Sharjeel Riaz. Sharjeel is the registered owner of the business and all of its assets. He works and operates publicly under the name Jerry, which is a nickname, and all official business registration is held in the name Sharjeel Riaz.
When you work with Jerrizz, you are working directly with Sharjeel Riaz and the team he leads. Any reference to Jerry, the founder, or the studio on this website refers to the same person and the same entity.
All premade SaaS codebases, templates, and digital products sold through our online store are the original creations of Jerrizz and are owned by Sharjeel Riaz.
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a license to use, modify, and deploy that codebase for your own business purposes. You do not receive ownership of the underlying product. The product and its source code remain the property of Jerrizz.
For custom development services, the rules are different and clearer in your favor.
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the custom code and designs developed specifically for your project. That custom work is yours. You can use it, modify it, and run your business on it without restrictions.
Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and proprietary tools that Jerrizz uses in service delivery remain our intellectual property. This is standard practice and ensures we can keep building efficiently for all clients.
The Jerrizz name, logo, slogan, website content, and all related branding are owned by Sharjeel Riaz and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a product or engaging our services grants you a usage license only. It does not grant ownership of the Jerrizz brand or any of its trademarks, and you may not claim authorship of any Jerrizz product or its architecture.
Our products are built on top of open source libraries and third-party tools. These components remain subject to their respective licenses, which are included in the codebase documentation. We use well-known, permissively licensed tools, and you can review their licenses at any time.
